When Do I Need an LSRP?
In New Jersey, an LSRP is needed to conduct or oversee the remediation process if you:
- Discharged a hazardous substance to the land or water of the State.
- Are the owner of a regulated UST that has a known or suspected discharge, or are closing the UST.
- Are subject to and have an ISRA triggering event.
- Own a property on which a discharge is identified.
- Have a previous NFA or RAO that has been invalidated.
- Are subject to an Order or Judgement or any other oversight document requiring remediation.
- Have a Remedial Action Permit.
